- Squeeze reserves the right to cancel or postpone any Academy courses with out notice or reason
- Squeeze will always endeavor to give as much notice and explanation as is possible if this unlikely event occurs.
- Once a course is booked it is the duty of the person or company to ensure that if the person who is attending the
course
is different from the booker that the attendee is given full information of that booking.
- Once a course has been booked by a customer payment is due immediately in full
- Once payment has been made the customer, this payment is not refundable under any circumstances
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the customer can not attend a course as planned, whether having paid the fee, in part or in full, or having
not paid the fee,
and wishes to change his/her attendance to another course date, or to a different course,
this
is completely at the discretion of Squeeze and Squeeze reserves the right to refuse any such request.
- This is generally based on the fact that we will have turned business away because you were booked in and filled
a space
that someone else could have had, similar to going to the dentist!, or that there are no other spaces
on
the other course you want to get on.
- If for any reason a person feels strongly that our decision to not refund is unjust, having completed the course,
be part way
through the course or having paid for the course but now sat the course, then this matter will be taken
seriously
and the customer should put their objection in writing and send to

matter justly and honestly taking in to account
all factors of the said situation.
