37.5ml Appleton Estate V/X
12.5ml Chambord
50ml Champagne
4 Orange slices
4 Raspberries
2 Bar spoons soft brown sugar
Squeeze of fresh lime juice

Method:

Crush the orange slices and raspberries in a Boston glass, add the other ingredients, fill with crushed ice, stir and top up with champagne.

Garnish:

Two raspberries
