Caipirissima D'Uva

50ml Appleton Estate V/X
10ml Falernum
6 Red grapes
Half a lime
1 bar spoon of Demara sugar

Method:

Chop the lime half into 9 pieces and muddle with the sugar in the base of an old fashioned glass. Add the grapes and muddle further. Add the rum and fill the glass with crushed ice. Churn with the base of a bar spoon and top with fresh crushed ice.
